Once the lab has received your sample, it will be scanned into the system. MyHealthChecked are responsible for analysing the sample you send to them and Lloyds Pharmacy will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of a failed or inconclusive test.

Please read all instructions on the enclosed leaflet included in your kit carefully before collecting your sample. When you receive your test kit, open it and look for the blue instruction card. Do not open your test tube package until you are instructed to on your Zoom video call. The test supervisor will guide you through collecting saliva in the tube. Once received, you will connect over Zoom with a Vault healthcare professional who will walk you through the test and answer your questions.
When complete, the test can be sent back in a prepaid package via UPS next-day shipping. You will receive your test results 24 to 48 hours after your sample arrives at the lab. You will not be charged for the test, and you will not be asked for your credit card information.
